St. Ann Center for Intergenerational Care has been recognized with the Status of Women Award, presented by the Top Ladies of Distinction (TLOD) 45th Area III Leadership Conference. TLOD is a national professional and humanitarian organization with chapters across the U.S., dedicated to improving the status of women, mentoring youth, serving seniors and community beautification.
St. Ann Center is being honored for its work with Alpha Kappa Alpha (AKA) Sorority. The Bucyrus Campus partnered with AKA to host two conferences for caregivers with the theme: “A Time for Me.” The campus also hosted the AKA Breast Health Day.
Gloria Miller, St. Ann Center’s Special Events Director, accepted the award on behalf of the center.
