The new Northside St. Ann Center would provide the necessary facilities to serve a portion of this grant. Additionally, other funding that has been pledged is time sensitive and it could be forfeited if the project is delayed beyond this August.

St. Ann Center for Intergenerational Care has been taking care of Milwaukee s children and adults for over 30 years. The center offers day programs for infants thru preschoolers, adults with physical and cognitive disabilities, and the frail elderly. The center also features a 9 bed respite center, warm water therapy pool and a 5,000 sq ft. intergenerational playground. The center being sponsored by the Sisters of St. Francis of Assisi follows in the tradition of serving the underserved and caring for the community.
