Caregiver Support

Caregiver Support

Groups and resources to help caregivers

Caregivers and their loved ones are invited to connect, share experiences with others and discover more community resources at our monthly Caregiver and Parkinson’s support groups. Spiritual support and pastoral care including mass and prayer services are available at both campuses.

Caregiver Support Group

Caregivers meet to share experiences, difficulties, insights and resources with each other. They laugh and cry over what is happening in their lives; they accept each other fully. Come and experience how good it is to be understood. If you cannot attend but wish to talk about your situation, contact David Kenny.

Note: Registration is NOT necessary for this group.

Parkinson’s Support Group

If you or someone you know is living with Parkinson’s, consider joining this support group. Topics of conversation include:
• Brain stimulation surgery
• Progress in medicines
• Exercises that can help with symptoms
Everyone is encouraged to ask questions. Occasionally, there are speakers on various topics surrounding Parkinson’s. Snacks and beverages are always served.
Registration is NOT necessary for this group.

Support from generous people, like you, creates this joyful intergenerational community.
