Medical Clinic

Medical care & health education for all ages

The primary focus of St. Ann Center’s medical clinic is on comprehensive care and health education. Unlike a walk-in clinic or urgent care, this charitable clinic serves as a resource center directing patients to community programs that will help them identify and address their health concerns.

Thank you to Aurora Health Care through their Better Together Fund for making the clinic possible!

The first time I walked into the clinic and saw Kathy (nurse practitioner) and her wonderful smile, I felt immediately at ease. She’s knowledgeable and truly caring. I check in with her every Monday to monitor my blood pressure. Whether you have a little health concern or a big one, the clinic is there for you. For me, it made all the difference.”
