Halloween’s a Thriller at Our Bucyrus Campus

By October 31, 2016No Comments1 min read

Things were popping at St. Ann Center, as the King of Pop, in many guises, made a command performance at our Bucyrus Campus. Fitting the Halloween Theme: Shades of Michael Jackson, kids, adult clients and staff alike moonwalked, finger popped and donned glittery gloves, shiny buttons and black fedoras during a day filled with music, dance, costumes and fun.

The Intergenerational Park rocked to the strains of “Billie Jean” and “Beat It” during a karaoke extravaganza. Students from Thomas More High School, volunteering at the Bucyrus Campus during Service Week, were excited to be part of the action—handing out Halloween snacks and doing their best MJ impersonations.

Lois, a client from the Simba Room, danced every dance, wearing out several partners. And Lizbeth didn’t hold back when she was handed a mic. She belted out “hee hee” and “AOW” in all the right places.

Check out some of the moves demonstrated by Michael Jackson fans of all ages and abilities. Not “Bad”!
