At the Bucyrus Campus, 2450 West North Avenue

This unique dental clinic will specifically serve children and adults with moderate to severe cognitive or physical disabilities that prevent them from being treated in standard private practice or community clinics.

The three-chair clinic offers:

  • Treatment rooms large enough to accommodate wheelchairs and scooters
  • Extra-wide corridors and doorways
  • Equipment allowing treatment in a wheelchair

Visit the clinic for:

  • Dental exams
  • Restorative work including fillings, crowns, and extractions
  • Teeth cleaning
  • Fluoride treatments
  • Sealants
  • All forms of X-rays

Patients will need a referral from a dentist or medical doctor and must be a resident of Wisconsin.
Appointments are required. All forms of Medicaid are accepted.

St. Ann Center Medical Clinic—Bucyrus Campus

Open Monday – Friday – 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

The primary focus of St. Ann Center’s new medical clinic is on comprehensive care and health education. Unlike a walk-in clinic or urgent care, this charitable clinic serves as a resource center directing patients to community programs that will help them identify and address their health concerns.

Medical Clinic services include:

  • Primary care for all ages
  • Treatment of minor illnesses and injuries, including common colds, cough/bronchitis, skin conditions, urinary tract infections, influenza, sore throat/strep and more
  • Basic health screenings for pregnancy and high blood pressure
  • Vaccinations, TB skin testing, blood sugar and A1C testing, as well as orders for additional lab work
  • Medication management (We do not prescribe narcotics)
  • Holistic and integrative medicine
  • Chronic disease management for many illnesses such as diabetes and hypertension
  • Preventative care
  • EKG’s, annual physicals, sports physicals, occupational health physicals or preoperative clearance for surgery
  • Coordination of resources and collaboration with your other care providers
  • Academic research-based medicine

Appointments are required. Same day appointments available.

All forms of Medicaid will be accepted.

Fee: $35; cash, checks or credit cards accepted (The clinic accepts Medicare, Medicaid and Humana Insurance. Coming soon…authorization for billing additional private insurance.)

Our Health and Wellness Clinic serves the needs of St. Ann Center’s children and adults, caregivers, parents, staff and the general public, providing comprehensive care, education and screenings for chronic disease and health risks.

A licensed nurse practitioner assesses and treats minor illnesses and injuries and refers clients for more advanced and specific care. The clinic offers convenient access to treat urgent needs and prevent complications of illness.

  • Cough/bronchitis
  • Minor rash
  • Ear infection and ear wax removal
  • Female bladder infection
  • Sinus infection
  • Ringworm
  • Shingles
  • Poison ivy/oak
  • Seasonal allergies
  • Pink eye
  • Insect stings
  • Sore throat/strep screening
  • Influenza
  • Minor lower back pain

The clinic also provides screenings for pregnancy, diabetes, blood pressure and cholesterol. Free blood pressure checks are also available.
